These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile application. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.


1. General Use


The App provides astrology and astrocartography features for entertainment and informational purposes only. The content is not intended as professional advice (financial, medical, psychological, or legal).


2. User Responsibilities


You agree not to:

• Use the App for illegal purposes
• Attempt to disrupt or break the functionality of the App
• Copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer app content

3. Subscriptions & Payments


Some features require a paid subscription.

• Payments are processed through Apple using your Apple ID
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• You may manage or cancel subscriptions in your device settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions)

Refunds follow Apple’s refund policy, not ours.


4. Intellectual Property


All materials in the App—including designs, text, algorithms, graphics, maps, and content—are the exclusive property of Kongri ltd. Users may not copy or redistribute content without written permission.


5. Limitation of Liability


We are not responsible for:

• Any decisions made based on the App’s insights
• Any inaccuracies in provided birth or location data
• Service interruptions, errors, or data loss

You use the App at your own risk.


6. Account & Data


You must provide accurate information when creating a profile. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.


7. Termination


We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms.


8. Governing Law


These Terms are governed by the laws of your country/state, without regard to conflict of laws.
