Welcome to AI Buddy. These Terms of Service govern your use of the AI Buddy mobile application and related services. By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App
AI Buddy provides AI-powered informational assistance related to relocation, visas, housing, taxes, jobs, and living abroad. All information is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, tax, immigration, or financial advice.
You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. No Professional Advice
AI Buddy is not a law firm, tax adviser, or immigration consultancy. The responses generated by the app are based on general knowledge and AI models and may be incomplete or outdated. You are solely responsible for verifying information with official sources or qualified professionals before making decisions.

3. Accounts and Subscriptions
Some features may require a subscription. Payments are charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

• Use the app for illegal activities
• Attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the app
• Misuse the AI system or provide harmful or unlawful input

5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and software related to AI Buddy are owned by or licensed to the developer. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Buddy and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on its information.
